Palmer Group is working with a national organization who is looking to add a Director of Partnerships to their growing team. This person will play a vital role in developing, executing, and assessing the organization's annual sales strategies and networking with community organizations, corporations, schools and more. Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Ensure sales team meets and exceeds sales goals by providing ongoing support, guidance, and motivation
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to meet revenue goals
  • Manage the performance of the sales team by implementing KPI's and holding yourself and team accountable
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with members, donors, and community partners to support sales and fundraising efforts
  • Attend community events, networking functions, and fundraising activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, management, sales or marketing
  • 3+ years of experience working in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Self-starter and data-driven
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
