Position Summary: 

 

Pavilion Furniture is searching for a new team member who embodies passion and performance in the Sales department. The Sales Coordinator’s main goal is to ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up with existing and prospective customers. The Sales Coordinator will need to have excellent communication skills and strong computer skills with proficiency in database management. 

 

Reporting Relationships: 

The Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Organize sales data, sales progress reports and other sales-related reports. 
  • Setup new customer contact information and keep current contact information up-to-date
  • Track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other necessary services to customers.
  • Perform trade show and sales meeting follow-ups to assure timely delivery of sales literature and samples.
  • Proactively research new potential Customer lists with the Guidance and direction of the Sales team.
  • Assist customers and sales reps with routine product questions and direct questions.
  • Support the sales department by coordinating quotes, tracking, and vetting sales inquiries while distributing leads to the proper sales channels.  

 

Education and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Support is preferred. 
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, follow-up, time management and a team player.
  • Candidate must be resourceful, well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in database management and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
