We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of H-1B petitions and/or PERM applications for technology clients and health care workers
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing investor visa applications (EB 5).
  • Review documents to prepare relevant petitions
  • Record and store client information

  • Previous experience as a immigration paralegal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
