We are seeking a Senior ReactJS Developer to become an integral part of our team 

Position Overview:

As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing front-end solutions for our mortgage technology platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and back-end development to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, influence technical decisions, and shape the future of the mortgage industry. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex user interfaces using ReactJS and related technologies. 
  • Design and implement responsive web applications that are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing. 
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and user needs into technical solutions. 
  • Architect scalable and maintainable front-end architectures to support future growth and expansion. 
  • Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards. 
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. 
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. 
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs. 
  • Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the application. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Proven experience as a Senior ReactJS Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 
  • Expertise in ReactJS and its core principles, along with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. 
  • Deep understanding of front-end architecture patterns, state management libraries (e.g., Redux), and component-based design. 
  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). 
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs  and asynchronous programming. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. 
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
