Pay Rate: $25.00 /hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This position will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management on various HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and fostering a positive work culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, screening, and interviewing
- Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding
- Processing bi-weekly payroll submissions through ADP
- Benefits Administration including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), and Cobra
- Maintaining personnel, worker's compensation, FMLA and other leave of Absence files
- Conducting investigations, progressive discipline and performance reviews
- Facilitating and documenting safety training committee meetings
- Planning and implementing employee appreciation events
- Preparing separation paperwork
- Maintaining and updating company policies
Education: Associates Degree Or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years HR Generalist Experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple task
- High Degree of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be very detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
