We are seeking a Solar Project Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of each job

Responsibilities:

  • Manage entirety of project management process for all projects from contract signed through Permission to Operate (PTO).
  • Submit for design plan sets and engineering for each project
  • Coordinate and manage all required documents for each phase of the project.
  • Communicate with install team for project details and ensure they are aware of any specialty or unique circumstances pertaining to the install
  • Review Installation/Completions reports to ensure high-quality.
  • Set-up online power production monitoring for installed systems
  • Ensure thorough communication with Team Members, Homeowners, Partners, and Sales Reps (as necessary) throughout the project management processes
  • Provide support to procurement in processing material orders with our suppliers
    • BOM creation
    • Shipment tracking
  • Maintain detailed notes and task-related information in CRM portal on a daily basis and as new developments arise
  • Ensure our customers experience superior service and take ownership of their needs and concerns. Escalate to upper management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Admin Coordinator for scheduling projects for site survey, installation, inspections, and service calls
  • Research and maintain database of all Utility, AHJ, and Incentive requirements for areas served by company
  • Support administrative team in other capacities as needed
  • Remain flexible in your position and responsibilities to allow for growth of company and adaptions as necessary.
  • Always maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and do not falter from Monument’s core values of honesty, integrity, quality, and commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience (one year or more) in Solar, or other related fields is required
  • High Proficiency in Time Management is a must
  • Familiarity with IA, AHJ requirements, CAD programs and how the entire backend process works
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and customer service qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
