Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing revenue collection from insurance road clubs such as Allstate, Geico, and Tesla. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing their portals, sending statements to customers, making collection calls, and reconciling merchant service reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect Revenue:
  • Manage revenue collection from insurance road clubs, including Allstate, Geico, and Tesla, through their respective portals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Send statements to customers for outstanding balances.
  • Make collection calls to customers, maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
  • Utilize Portals:
  • Navigate and utilize portals of insurance road clubs for efficient account management.
  • Stay updated on portal functionalities and requirements.
  • QuickBooks Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus. Experience with QuickBooks for recording and tracking financial transactions.
  • Multi-Channel Collection:
  • Employ a multi-channel approach to revenue collection, including portals, emails, and phone calls.
  • Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile merchant service reports to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all collections and communications.
  • Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Familiarity with insurance road club portals (e.g., Allstate, Geico, Tesla).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
