Senior Personal Lines Account Executive

We are a local independent agency in Tampa that is seeking a full-time personal lines senior support associate. Our ideal candidate should display meticulous accuracy, excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and be comfortable working within deadline restraints. The candidate will need to be able to effectively evaluate renewals and handle day-to-day workload.

 

Responsibilities:

· Work personal lines renewals daily by entering into agency management system.

· Input all details into the client management system and set payment follow-ups.

· Notify account manager of any non renewals and large premium increases.

· Help secure all trailing documents from the insured and provide any necessary documentation to the companies and insureds.

· Complete evidence of insurance requests.

· Handle all auto and home endorsements.

· Handle incoming calls from the customers and return phone calls in a timely manner

· Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests and customer questions regarding policies.

· Handles all incoming payments from insureds.

· Handles all mortgage change requests.

· Notifies insureds/mortgage companies of any late payments.

 

Requirements:

· Active Florida 440 or 220 License

· 1+ Years personal lines insurance experience

· Experience with customer service, working with clients and brokers

· Fluent with Applied EPIC software is preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products

· Knowledge with standard and E&S markets

· Quote Rush and EZ Lynx knowledge preferred
