Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and high-traffic areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor

• Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details to ensure thorough cleaning
• Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
