Job DescriptionJob Description

Independent Financial Planning Firm seeking to fill a full-time position on our administrative team, supporting a team of 7 advisors. Under the general guidance of the advisors and office manager, providing service and support to over 1,000 clients within an interdependent team framework. Communicating with clients, prospective clients and other contacts via phone, email and in person is a fundamental part of this position and a pleasant phone manner is essential. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments, phone calls, and virtual meetings

  • Researching client inquiries and requests

  • Follow-up with clients on paperwork, etc.

  • Performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned

  • Maintaining CRM database of client and vendor information

  • Communication skills are essential, also basic computer skills with the capacity to learn new software

Position is initially 100% in office.
