Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our admin team in Idaho. Our company mostly operates out of Southern California except for out team here in Couer d'Alene. We handle all administrative duties for a large Medicare Agency who represents Medicare plans in multiple states. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include data entry as well as mail out tasks for the agency. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. This is NOT a remote position and will require attendance in the office each day.
