We are a small Managed Service Provider looking to add an additional Service Desk Technician to our

Job Duties:
•  Support and optimize small and medium-sized business clients’ Windows-based networks. This 
includes installation, configuration, repair, and migration of PC and server hardware, software, 
network equipment, and line of business applications.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:
•  2 – 4 years of experience providing help desk support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider 
environment. Experience using MSP tools i.e. ConnectWise, Automate (Labtech) Kaseya etc.
•  Ability and experience deploying, managing, and repairing Windows systems in domain-based 
networks, including hardware-level repairs and configurations.
•  Strong working knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group 
Policy, Hyper-V virtualization, and core networking services i.e. DNS/DHCP/Shared data and printer 
management.
•  Proficiency and experience configuring and administering hardware firewalls, routers, and 
switches. Remote access implementation and support.
•  Office 365 administration and migration knowledge.
•  Backup, restore and disaster recovery processes – Datto Backup experience preferred.
•  Experience deploying and managing Antivirus and security software – ESET experience 
preferred.
