We are seeking a Field Service Technician to serve as the 'Guardian of our company’s reputation,' providing crucial support to existing customers through annual maintenance, proactive service, and responsive assistance for installations completed by our team. Additionally, this role involves making recommendations to improve original installations and offering solutions for potential issues, all while ensuring customers receive exceptional service that distinguishes us from other contractors and upholds our esteemed reputation.
WHAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU:
-Hourly base pay + sales commission. Ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
-Benefits to include: health insurance, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid sick time.

WHAT WE SEEK IN A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN:
-Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record and timely, reliable attendance.
-Ability to build rapport with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
-Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
