Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a process engineer to join our growing team.

Role description/responsibilities

- Identify, define, and implement process improvements in multiple chemical plants.

- Key Performance Indicators we seek to improve:  Yield, First Pass Quality, Cycle Time, Product Cost

- Drive the definition, implementation, and effectiveness of standard processes.

- Support the introduction and adoption of process optimization and automation as appropriate

Qualifications

- BS Chem E or equivalent experience

- At least 2 years of experience in hands-on process improvement in a batch processing manufacturing environment.

- Experience developing and using analytical methods to drive sustained process improvement.
