Looking for motivated Ambassadors to help us grow our Deep Ellum location and the Dumpling Shop brand in DFW. The Ambassador is responsible for ensuring all customers have an enjoyable experience. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, the ambassador is able to assist in the expo role and able to assist with catering orders.

This position requires excellent communication skills and ability to maintain smooth restaurant flow and promote client return.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front of house
  • Answer questions from guests and provide appropriate information and recommendations.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work as indicated on schedule.
  • Follow all safety regulations while working with guests.
