Responsibilities:
• Manage the completion of various electrical tasks
• Troubleshooting electrical issues
• Electrical break and repair
• Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing clients
• Interact with store/facilities managers and maintenance department personnel
• Repair and install electrical distribution equipment including but not limited to: conduit, conductors, breakers, panel boards, disconnects, transformers, switches, and receptacles.
• Repair of various lighting systems: building lighting, area lighting, streetlights, i.e.: Ballast, bulbs, capacitors, igniters, contractors, and photo cells
• Perform preventative maintenance task on all electrical equipment
• Lays out, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjusts electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring and new services to include panels, breakers, and circuits
• Troubleshoots and repairs electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities

Requirements:
• 5+ years previous service/maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Good computer skills. Knowledge of Procore is a plus
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel, work nights, holidays, weekends and overtime
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, and may include the use of personal protective equipment
