Flexible Schedule 32-35 Hours per week
Essential Qualifications:
- Verifiable Two (2) years of Office Assistant or clerical duties
- Willingness to work and a team player
- Proven experience with answering phones, customer service and data entry
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task administrative duties to ensure effective office operations
- Some college or applicable work experience
Essential Functions:
- Data entry and accurately manage customer orders and customer accounts
- Assisting with office administrative duties
- Entering bills of lading
- Proven ability with using Microsoft Excel is a must
- Clerical task, sending emails, answering phone, following up with client information
- Maintaining files
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communicator
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Providing office support including filings, schedules, correspondence, photocopying and faxing
