Direct hire opening with our client for a Mechanical Assembler and Packer.
 

As a Mechanical Assembler and Packer, you will play a crucial role in the production process. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, ensuring product quality, and packaging finished items for shipment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly of components according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  • Package finished products for shipment, following packaging guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly using hand tools
  • Experience packaging finished products for shipping
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
