Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an assistant for our window/door estimator. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Window/door service part orders
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Preparing estimates (under the guidance of our lead window/door estimator)
  • Assisting installation crews each morning with necessary items for their installations
  • Responsible for inventory and ensuring appropriate stock in warehouse
  • Work as a team player with production team and field supervisors
  • Prepare bid packages with head estimator
  • Prepare purchasing orders, order products, follow up on orders, collaborate with scheduling department when orders are arriving.
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and confident with problem solving skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Adept at working with and manipulating numbers quickly and accurately
  • Skilled at learning and applying software solutions to business process
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Adept at accomplishing tasks with limited supervision
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
