Casa de Mota is very unique hemp dispensary specializing in high quality compliant products.

-Assist customers in selecting suitable hemp products based on their needs and preferences.

- Provide information about different hemp strains, potency, and effects of various products.

- Maintain knowledge of current regulations and trends in the hemp industry.

-Keep the store clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

-Age requirement is 21

-High School Diploma

Prior experience in retail sales.

-Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

-Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred

-Upon hiring, required to complete the leafly training within first 2 weeks of employment

-Valid Drivers license/ dependable vehicle

-Upward growth for potential promotion.

-Background check required.

-Budtender is also eligible to receive tips on each transaction.
