We are looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler to assist our front desk. As the front desk employee, you will be the first point of contact for our company through both incoming phone calls and in welcoming clients. Therefore we are looking for a courteous, highly organized and diligent candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills required.
- Good organizational skills.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain office calendar for psychologists and clinicians
- Coordinates and confirms daily schedules with clients and staff
- Knowledge of common office software products to manage schedules and paperwork is a must.
- Perform other general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining patient’s privacy following policies and procedures as well as controlling access via the reception area.
Requirements
- Professional attitude and proper attire required.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Punctual.
- Customer service driven
- Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have some experience
