Our company is looking to hire a computer technician to handle regular computer maintenance and repair on our computer system. Our technicians are responsible for monitoring, diagnostics, and ensuring that all our office systems are properly configured for maximum efficiency and uptime. 

A computer repair technician, is responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting errors, and repairing hardware. Their responsibilities can vary depending on their work environment and role, but common duties include: 

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting problems with hardware, software, networks, and servers 
  • Answering phones and customer questions
  • Installing and testing: Installing and testing new software, computer programs, and CRM programs 
  • Configuring: Configuring computer networks and new systems 
  • Other duties: Assembling new computers, repairing motherboards, upgrading computer firmware, scheduling and overseeing security updates, testing and debugging programs, managing workstations, and coaching end-users through common problems 

Requirements:

  • On site training is available but an interest in computers and computer repair is required. 
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Notes about this position:

  • Hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
  • Paid holidays off
