VENTI’S SALEM is seeking a qualified FOH manager in Salem, Oregon. More to come

Are you a superb leader? Can you elevate your staff and the customer experience?

In addition to managing and inspiring already capable and strong supervisors, this position will:

1. Approve and publish schedules

2. Ensure smooth and seamless inventories are accounted for and submitted in a timely manner

3. Place orders as needed to maintain reasonable par levels

4. Cover appointed outlet during peak lunch and dinner hours in the manager position

5. Contribute to Venti’s marketing plan as needed/requested

6. Maintain all cost goals for labor and beverage costs

7. Maintain a high customer service satisfaction rating

8. Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner and at appropriate times

9. Ensure all staff are consistently trained achieving Venti’s standard of service and are compliant with Venti’s policies

10. Assist and sometimes lead in overseeing both in-house, and occasionally, off-premise catering opportunities as they arise

11. Ensure an effective and proactive approach to maintenance needs and impeccable cleanliness of our dining facilities

12. Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained, including hiring and firing

13. Ensure timely reviews of staff are completed

14. Address and resolve guest complaints

15. Maintain and foster a positive work environment and culture. Make Venti’s the best place to be

16. Be an effective and inspiring leader

This position reports directly to head office and is considered a key position, overseeing approximately 20+ team members overall.
