Growing Dance Studio is looking for a Dance Studio Operations Director to become an integral part of our team 

You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations, provide structured policies and guidence geared toward improving both operational efficiencies and overall customer experience.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational Practices, Policies, and SOP's 
  • Review and formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
  • Develop Communication plans for parents and students  
  • Provide operations oversight: Personel, systems, facilities, etc. 
  • Retain and grow student population 
  • Review and analyze trend data  

​Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • People leader experience    
  • Previous experience working with Competitive Dance Teams / Studios or related fields/ industries
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
