Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive user guides, training manuals, and instructional materials tailored to various audiences.
  • Ensure all training documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with the latest software releases, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to diverse groups of users.
  • Create and implement interactive training modules and workshops that cater to different learning styles and needs.
  • Assess training needs and requirements for each software release and process change.
  • Develop and implement detailed training plans and schedules that effectively address identified needs and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Continuously analyze the effectiveness of training programs and materials, gathering feedback from participants to make necessary improvements.
  • Revise and update training content to reflect changes in software, processes, or organizational requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess training needs and readiness for new implementations.
  • Provide on-site support for new system rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training delivery.
  • Brief and collaborate with stakeholders at various locations to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Address stakeholder questions and concerns, providing tailored training solutions and support as needed.
  • Complete and submit detailed Trip Reports for required travel, documenting activities, outcomes, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in training techniques and tools.
  • Incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into training programs to enhance their effectiveness and relevance.

Requirements

  • ​​High school diploma or GED
  • ​Required years of experience and education combinations detailed below.
    • High School Diploma/GED and minimum of 6 years experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years experience.
    • Master's Degree and minimum of 1-2 years experience.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials.
  • ​Expertise in creating instructional materials, user guides, and training documentation.
  • Proficiency in both in-person and virtual training delivery methods.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to develop and implement training plans and schedules effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US DOD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with the specific technologies, software, or systems being supported (e.g., Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio, Cargo and Personnel Movement Product Line).
