EZGoal manufactures and sells goals and training equipment for hockey, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, and golf.

EZ4x4 is our newest and fast-growing company which manufactures exciting new products and accessories for the Jeep and Bronco enthusiasts.

We are looking to hire an experienced individual who has both videography and photography skills in the commercial/retail industry. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE RETAIL/COMMERCIAL INDUSTRY. Preferably looking for someone with outdoor/sports industry experience. Must have a Portfolio. This person will be working in a fast-paced environment shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the brand for marketing collateral including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing and event content.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:*

  • Serve as the brands primary videographer/photographer for EZ brands, NEOP and the creation of all marketing including but not limited to promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements.
  • Responsible for capturing high quality event content capturing our brands.
  • Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output.
  • Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital asset library.
  • Assisting the marketing team with all creative and marketing objectives.
  • Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualisation, music and voice overs to create professional grade content.
  • Work under direction of Creative Manager and or clearly detailed content briefs provided
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Strong campaign knowledge
  • Able to create original content
  • Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tick Tok
  • Managing Brand Ambassadors
  • Managing contracts with sports & Jeep/4x4 clubs
  • Travel to locations and trade shows required

Skills*

  • Excellent knowledge of photography/videograhy within the digital & print domain.
  • Must display excellent technical and photographic skills.
  • Experience with industry standard editing tools and asset management software.
  • Must have excellent IT skills especially with computer programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to multi-task while showing commitment to detail and strict deadlines
  • Have a sound knowledge of social media
  • Strong communication and organisational skills and ability to work well independently
