We are seeking a Temporary Buyer to join our Purchasing/Logistics department. The ideal candidate will have experience with international purchase orders and expediting. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services from global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international purchase orders from initiation to completion.
  • Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Monitor and track the status of orders, updating relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on international purchasing.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
