Hours:

•    Full time

•    Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:30pm

Job Requirements:

•    Two years of Accounts Payable experience

•    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

•    Strong communication, writing, and research skills

•    Strong ability to solve problems and be resourceful

•    Able to handle fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

•    Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize tasks

•    Strong knowledge of all daily, weekly and monthly department jobs

•    Coordinates the balancing bank statements and reconciliations

•    Actively involved in all month-end processes & procedures

•    Prepares and participates in projects as needed in a leadership role

Pay Rate:

•    $25 - $26/hour
