We are seeking a commercial construction Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Timonium, MD We are looking for motivated, well rounded, coachable, sharp individuals who are wanting to grow and build with a reputable team for years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist overseeing various aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Support resources for assigned projects
  • Communicate with crews that are onsite for delivery of products
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Take direction from leadership/ Project Manager
  • Review plans and materials needed daily for jobs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Work in an upbeat office setting and/or go on site to review a job

Qualifications:

  • Great attitude- Willing to learn and grow professionally
  • Homebuilding, landscaping or construciton work exposure
  • Knowledge of interior finishes like flooring, is a plus
  • Computer skills: able to use/learn RFMS Measure, Procore and Structure ( we'll train)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

This is a M-F, 7:30/8:00 to 4:30/5:00 primarily an in office opportunity. Salary based on experience with excellent benefits.
