Pridestaff on behalf of a client located in Plantation is seeking an energetic and personable Recruiting Assistant to join their team You will be responsible for providing hiring support to the HR Dept. Please apply today if you meet the qualifications

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Assistant:

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Compile reports from personnel databases
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
  • Use the telephone to reach out to potential candidates
  • Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications for interviews
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Responsible for job postings

Qualifications of the Recruiting Assistant:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have been in this role for 3+ years
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
