We are currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead electrical projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, solar, and agricultural
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
- Organize daily tasks and manage materials efficiently
- Perform tasks such as running conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, and other electrical duties
- Occasionally engage in physical labor such as crawling in attics and digging trenches
Qualifications:
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Willingness to consider apprentices or individuals with 2-4 years of high-level experience
- Strong leadership skills to lead crews and projects effectively
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Team player capable of following leadership directions
- Punctual and reliable with strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented with professionalism and courtesy
- Basic organizational and computer skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional weekends and overtime
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude is a non-negotiable requirement
