Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of powersports enthusiasts You will be responsible for working with our service customers and guiding them throughout the service process to make sure their service needs are met and we achieve our "Fixed on First Visit" goal

Responsibilities:

  • Work with service guest to establish a solid understanding of their concerns and the problem they are experiencing during operation.
  • Follow the service write up procedure guide to help identify any consistencies in the customers explanation of the concern.
  • Gather as much information as possible to provide dispatch with enough background of the customer concern to get the job to the most qualified technician.
  • Schedule appointments using MOM’s service schedule tool
  • Recommend products and services that will keep the customer safe and machine performing optimally or increase the rider comfort and experience.
  • Maintain lines of communication with dispatch and customer to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed as promised and on time.
  • Must maintain a satisfactory Customer Service Index score.
  • Process internal service request with the same level of care and detail as customer paid jobs
  • Complete any seasonal projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver’s License (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
  • 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
