We are currently hiring an Inventory Specialist in the Stockbridge, GA area. Lead Inventory Specialist Pay Rate:

  • starting pay is $20-21

Lead Inventory Specialist Shift :

  • 1st shift
  • 7:00am-3:30pm
  • 8:00am-4:30pm

Inventory Specialist Job Description:

  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management
  • Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards.
  • Responsible for stocking ,verification of received items to their proper bin/stock location
  • Breaking down full cases of produce into smaller ones
  • Sorting through pallets of damaged/defective products
  • Maintaining the integrity of the facility through cycle counts and various audits
  • Perform and assisting in monthly/quarterly physical inventories

Inventory Specialist Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to stand for 8 or more hours.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Strong Math Skills
  • Possess an analytical and data driven work history
  • Have at least 3-5 years of Inventory experience
  • Forklift Experience (Stand-up, Reach, Sit down, Clamp, Cherry Picker)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation is a must as the location is not accessible by public transportation.
