Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Produce high-quality images by adjusting equipment settings, monitoring patient comfort, and ensuring accurate image capture.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient exams, including image quality, patient comfort, and any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of recent experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
