Mixing Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Performs all duties assigned to insure Company's daily production goals are met

·       Blend raw materials to produce finished product (caulking and sealant materials) and intermediate materials used in the production process at required run rates.

·       Set-up and run a variety of mixing machines to produce product according to batch formula instructions

·       Must be able to make batches on any twenty-seven different mixing machines and is classified at different operator levels depending upon the level of skill development

·       Ability to work in any of the four chemistries of Company's product lines. Latex, Silicone, Hybrid and Urethane.

·       Cleaning pans at required cleaning rate.

·       Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

·       Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

·       Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

 

Physical Requirements:

·       Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

·       Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards

·       Must be able and willing to work in multiple work centers in a single shift

·       Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

·       Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
