Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and sales of our baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and packaging.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1 year of work experience or technical training in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving common goals and objectives.
Preferred Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, with a focus on team management and development.
  • Quality Control: Experience with quality control procedures, including monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards.
