Showroom Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Showroom Manager for our Castleton showroom to become an integral part of our Cloud 9 team You will be responsible for designing kitchens & baths, and selling cabinets & countertops in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. The Manager position is salary plus commission. The salary is based on experience and the commission is based on store sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers
• Explain products and services to customers
• Design and layout customer projects
• Update and actively maintain a CRM
• Enter and process customer orders
• Manage design assistants

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales
• Previous experience in kitchen & bath design
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
