All Star Flooring (Beltsville, MD), with 40+ years in the industry, seeks an experienced Construction Project Coordinator for Commercial Flooring to join our growing company. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, cost estimating, executing, and assisting in commercial flooring projects. Responsibilities will vary by project but generally include formulating bids, managing the scope of work, negotiating pricing from suppliers, setting up and assisting in managing project execution, reviewing plans, scheduling and tracking material deliveries, and general problem-solving.

Applicants must be honest, self-starters, well organized, on time, and able to problem-solve skillfully as projects evolve. Key qualifications include 3+ years in the construction industry, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills, as you will interact with people daily.
