Responsibilities
- Medication Distribution: Assist pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of medications for patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
- Patient Support: Engage with patients and healthcare providers to support medication management and education.
- Compliance: Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations, including URAC, TJC, and ACHC standards.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Community Engagement: Maintain good public relations with chronic/acute disorder organizations and advocate for patients' special needs.
- Event Participation: Attend local, community, and national events as required.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
