We are seeking a Web Store Sales And Service Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Maintain inventory within company guidelines
  • Research competitive pricing and ensure our products are priced competitively
  • Upload content to store (pictures, prices, descriptions)
  • Run a bi monthly sale of items agreed upon with SGS management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Experience in compressed gases, cryogenics or welding supplies requested but not required
  • Ability to provide good customer service
  • Ability to monitor pricing and deploy pricing strategies that move product
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
