As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our administrative team.

Job Description: As a Title Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle titles and registrations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing vehicle title paperwork accurately and efficiently in compliance with state regulations and dealership policies.
  • Verifying and recording vehicle information, including VIN numbers, odometer readings, and ownership documentation.
  • Communicating with customers, lenders, and government agencies to facilitate title transfers and resolve any title-related issues.
  • Maintaining organized records of all title transactions and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to expedite title processing and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keeping up to date with state regulations and industry trends related to vehicle titling and registration.
  • Enter New inventory in DMS and print stock tags, invoices and other paperwork needed.
  • Processes/registers all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts - maintaining a log of all contracts processed and mailed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Title Clerk or similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Washington State title and registration procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
