Who We Are. Stern At Home Therapy was founded with the mission to provide world-class outpatient physical and occupational therapy in the privacy and comfort of the patient’s home. We pride ourselves on being privately owned and run. For our therapists, that translates to cutting through red tape and creating an environment of open communication and job satisfaction to ensure the highest levels of clinical care and patient experience. We’ve grown to connect patients with the best therapists in the field in 7 states.

Stern At Home Therapy is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. A Legacy of Personalized CareStern at Home Therapy was among the first to create comprehensive, personalized outpatient services for seniors. Stern truly listened to his patients and their families and became much more than a service provider. He became a family name. The Stern team saw that patients were challenged by the commute and scheduling of ambulatory services to get to appointments. When inquiring about patient distress, the Stern team noted every concern and difficulty. They realized that patients were often negligent in their care because it was too difficult to come to the facility…so Stern came home to meet patients at their needs. Our mission continues to be driven by that focus.

The Stern Mission. Our mission is to provide superlative levels of patient therapy in the comfort of their home. To support our mission, we emphasize the compatibility of the very best in patient care, staff potential, and partner value. Our patients: The antidote to ordinary therapy, our strategy focuses on improved performance and comfort throughout each custom therapy regimen. Our Team. Our therapists are the very leaders of our vision. We place great emphasis on encouragement and comprehensive resources to influence the progress that our therapists provide. Our partners are the strategic enforcement of our practices ensuring that every partner, medical associate, and department is met with financial acuity and dependability of resources, revenue, and commitment.
