Title: Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Associate Department: Administration/Full Time
Reports to: Chief of Operations (COO)
Pay Range: $25-$30 Per Hour/Additional compensation based on recruitment performance. (Based on Education and Experience), Insurance Benefits, Vacation and 401K.
Professional Requirements for Associate
4 year degree required
Experience in utilizing payroll software such as Paylocity (preferred), ADP, or Paychecks
Experience in working with 401k plans
Experience in working with insurance companies
Exceptional interpersonal skills including listening, coaching, & training
Strong leadership, project management, & time management skills
Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
2 years of experience in recruiting/setting up job fairs
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Solid business acumen, management reporting, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
About Our Facility
TCI is a high-end, 48-bed, residential facility, licensed by DCFS in the State of Illinois. TCI provides an intensive, 24-hour therapeutic treatment environment for young men from the ages of 12-19. Through milieu therapy, we promote a community-based, systematic approach that focuses on positive behavior interactions, interventions and supports within the parameters of a safe, secure and structured milieu environment. Within our milieu environment, our goal is to build self-esteem, teach individual accountability as well as appropriate coping, social and problem-solving skills so that our youth gain the tools necessary to interact appropriately with others in various social settings. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our clinicians take a goal-oriented approach at turning previously held maladaptive and distorted thoughts, undesirable feelings and responses, and inappropriate behaviors into those that are more befitting allowing our youth to successfully execute their environment now and in their future endeavors.

Job Requirements
Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, benefits, and training and development.
Proactive planning for local and non-local recruiting events as it pertains to available positions
Responsible for aggressively seeking out and recruiting top talent
Responsible for assisting in identifying agency employment needs and working diligently to fill all open positions.
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
Correlating and planning to make the best use of the employee talents and skills
Administer the work of support staff and specialists of their team
Building a relationship between employee and organization management
Guide in helping their team in recruiting and hiring employee workforce
Other duties as required by Chief of Operations for the betterment of the company
