We are seeking a Therapist to join our team Design your work and caseload while having the support of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality, caring, and ethical behavioral health therapy to clients
  • Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow ACA ethical guidelines
  • Maintain progress notes for all therapy sessions
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain all required licenses

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of the principles and techniques of clinical therapy
  • Master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related behavioral health degree
  • Licensure in Illinois as Social Worker (LSW, LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
