Job Description

You will be instrumental in promoting our comprehensive Pain Management Services to physicians and practices in the field and through digital social media outreach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Maintain Referral Networks:
  • -Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and local community health, wellness, and fitness organizations to facilitate referrals and enhance patient outreach.
  • Organize Educational Events:
  • -Plan and coordinate dinners, meetings, and informational sessions aimed at educating the community and healthcare professionals about pain management techniques and services offered by the practice.
  • -Represent Maywell at events, conferences, and conventions, as appropriate
  • Manage Social Media Engagement:
  • -Oversee the practice’s social media platforms, posting regular practice updates, educational content, motivating content, and patient testimonials to engage the community and increase awareness of comprehensive pain management solutions.
  • -Engage regularly with relevant SM influencers, KOLs, and targeted accounts to build trust and credibility as educators, provide resources, and build traction for brand awareness, lead generation, and overall digital presence.
  • Create Targeted Marketing Campaigns:
  • -Develop marketing campaigns tailored to address the specific needs of pain management patients, including awareness about chronic pain, treatment options, and the practice’s unique interdisciplinary services.
  • -Create Patient Success Stories and Testimonials by sourcing champion patients through reviews.
  • Monitor and Report on Engagement Metrics:
  • -Maintain complete, timely, and accurate records within CRM database (HubSpot and other tools)
  • -Analyze the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and social media campaigns, reporting on metrics such as engagement rates, referral increases, patient success stories and patient feedback.
  • -Develop Return on Investment analysis with the various marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals:
  • -Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with medical guidelines and patient care objectives.
  • Mentor new employees
  • -Training and development of new team members on marketing techniques and promoting the practice to the community and referral sources.
  • Produce Content and Maintain Engagement for Multiple Channels:
  • -Craft content for blogs, newsletters, and press releases that educates and informs the public about pain management issues and advancements in treatment.
  • Budget Management:
  • -Manage the budget allocated for community engagement and marketing activities, ensuring effective use of resources for maximum impact.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
  • -Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in pain management to inform community engagement strategies and educational content.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven healthcare sales, marketing, community relations, business development experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and understand medical terminology
  • Comfort with networking and public speaking
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot) and analyzing metrics
  • Social media marketing experience and creativity; SMO, data, and analytics
  • Outgoing, personable, organized, self-motivated, innovative problem solver, with professional integrity
  • Flexibility and agility to work in a start-up growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in related field: Business, Communications, Marketing; with continuous career progression
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Qualifications

  • Education: College degree
  • 2+ years Marketing, Sales, PR, Physician Liaison Experience
  • Proficient with CRM systems and metrics
  • Healthcare, Medical networking experience
  • Ability to generate leads and manage a portfolio of diverse relationships
  • Ability to resolve problems independently
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent technical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
