At Inspire Horizons, we're not your typical therapy center. We’re building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to break down barriers for children (typical ages 2 – 8) with developmental delays and disabilities children. About Inspire Horizons:
The clinician founders of The Therapy Group of Tucson and North Valley Pediatric Therapy realized that they could reach more families and provide more employee support by working together and have been doing so for many years. They also knew they reached a point in their journey’s where they needed to lean on a new leadership team for their next chapter. The new leadership team created the Inspire Horizons in late 2023 to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations.

Are you looking to get your certification, minimum 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, or are you already an RBT®?
Can you successfully pass a background check and reference checks (anyone who can speak to your awesomeness)?
Is your heart filled with empathy and compassion for kids? OR have you heard that you are a natural with kids?
Do you have any experience with kiddos with autism spectrum disorder or other neurological, developmentally delayed or medically fragile diagnoses?
Can you match the high energy required for this position - whether it's running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds?
Are you able to commit for the next 6 months of continuous employment with no change in availability?

When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $20-27 per hour. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
