LUX Los Angeles LLC (LUX LA) is a multi-brand wholesale clothing company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has great communication skills, is highly organized, and can work in a fast-paced team environment, shifting priorities, as needed. The candidate must be able to deliver superior results with clients, work with other departments, and oversee orders to ensure the accuracy of development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage time in action calendars internally and w/vendors using WIP reports to insure on-time deliveries are achieved.
  • Manage PP & TOP time and action calendar to meet key milestones and monitor on-time approvals from our customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Manage the order data entry team to ensure they are processing orders in a timely, prices and ETAs are being met by customers.
  • Placing POs for trims, fabrics, and label vendors.
  • Check and approve order confirmations
  • Submit any PO changes, or extension requests to the customer (data entry team works on these requests)
  • Report any issues in hand and weekly reports on factory performance.

 

Qualifications

•Must have clothing production experience (1-2 years relevant experience)

•Must be comfortable going to meetings in person, over the phone, and sending emails.

•Be able to communicate with our team in Mx (google translator/ be bilingual)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and has a sense of urgency to complete all tasks and meet all deadlines

•Highly organized, efficient, proactive, communicative, professional, and strong attention to detail with great follow-up skills (is a must)

•Positive self-starter attitude and feels there is no task too small and no task too large

•Have excellent communication skills working alongside a collective team

•Willingness to travel Internationally
