Job DescriptionJob Description

Join our growing company and seize a fantastic opportunity as a Machine Operator Whether you are just starting your career or already an established Machine Operator, we are seeking focused individuals to be part of our team responsible for producing high-quality, tight tolerance machined parts. Minimal experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper operation.
  • Monitor machines for malfunctions and perform repairs when needed.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Load and unload materials and finished products from machines.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with team members, including maintenance and production personnel.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a machine operator or in a related field is a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret machining and fabrication instructions.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments.

If you have at least 1 year of direct machine operating experience in a manufacturing production environment and possess basic machine operation skills, we encourage you to apply. Advanced knowledge of CNC machines is a plus.
