We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to the President and our growing company. Join our team and grow with us in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued
Position Overview: In this position, you will be providing essential administrative support to our President. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, directly supporting the President and assisting the front desk, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support to the President:
- Coordinate the President’s schedule, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the President with additional tasks and errands as required by the business.
Receptionist Duties:
- Assist with incoming calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries with a helpful demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks.
- Fill in as needed at the front desk; greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional Office Administration qualifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Friendly and professional demeanor suitable for a family business environment.
