Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager oversees the contracting and contract maintenance for all clinical programs of HopeWest. In collaboration with clinical program leadership, they will identify needed contractual services and make contact to establish the initial contract. This position will assure that all education and required credentialing is done as required and that all stipulations of the contract are accurately documented. A working knowledge of each clinical program – services, reimbursement structure, and regulatory requirements related to contractors - is essential to this position.

What You Bring:

  • Associate degree in business or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior work experience with contracts and contract relations, preferably in a health care field.
  • Proven work experience demonstrating communication and organizational excellence.
  • Demonstrated work experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external customers.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge – Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Office365, Outlook.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and timelines.
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

  • Competitive pay structure starting at $24.03-$29.26 per hour, depending on experience and education.
